It's not exactly the 30th birthday I was hoping for, but sometimes you just gotta roll with the punches.
Whether you plan to stay the whole night or just drop by for a few hoursy, join me as I celebrate 30 years of existence!

Fanapalooza will be at Robert C McDonell Campground (7701 Tuckerman Ln) conveniently located near Montgomery Mall and I-270.
Location: The picnic will be at Campsite 6 at the Robert C. McDonell Campground.

Weather: If there is rain expected, we will attempt to move the picnic and bonfire to the Picnic Pavilion or across the street at Cabin John Regional Park.
Food: Please try to bring a small dish or some snacks but no pressure if you find yourself too busy to get something together. We'll have some catered food too so no one will need to worry about being hungry.
Beverages: We'll have water bottles and seltzer water available. BYOB! Beer and wine is allowed at the picnic areas. No hard liquor. Save the shots for the camping 😉.
Parking: There is no parking at the campsite. You must park your car at the designated parking areas along the service road and make a short walk to the site. There is also a parking lot located at the pavilion. See the campground map for more details.
Bathrooms: Portable bathrooms are located throughout the campground. We will have water coolers for drinking, but the only running water are spigots at the campsites.
Chairs: There are picnic tables but feel free to bring a camp chair or a hammock if that suits your comfort better!
Bonfire: We will plan to have a bonfire at 7pm at Campsite 6 at the Robert C. McDonell Campground. If rain is expected, we will attempt to move the bonfire over to the Picnic Pavillion area.
Location: Camping will be at the Robert C. McDonell Campground.
Arrival: Earliest arrival time for camp set up is 1 p.m. on Saturday.
Campsites: We already have Campsites 1 and 6 reserved, which can accomodate 10 people each. You do not need to book your own reservations. See the campground map for more details
Parking: There is no parking at the campsites, but there are multiple entry points that are only a short walk away.
Facilities: There are no showers but there will be potable water spigots and portable bathrooms located throughout the campground.
Weather: We will be camping rain or shine! If rain is expected, we will set up several tarps in the area to provide a dry area for people to hangout and store their belongings.
Bonfire: We will plan to have a bonfire at 7pm at Campsite 6 at the Robert C. McDonell Campground. If rain is expected, we will attempt to move the bonfire over to the Picnic Pavillion area.
Gear: Fan has a limited amount of gear to borrow if you need anything from sleeping bags, sleeping pads, tents, chairs, lights. But please try to bring your own gear.
Food: You shouldn't need to cook any food as we'll be eating picnic leftovers througout the eveing. We'll have hotdogs, snacks, and supplies for s'mores for the bonfire.
